Pudge’s in Blue Bell opened in 1972 and has won numerous awards over the years including ‘Best of Philly’ and ‘Best Cheesesteak in Montgomery County.’ The latest location in Conshohocken opened July 2014. Pudge’s is known for their incredible Cheesesteaks. The name “Pudge” came from the original owner, Frank Carbone, who was nicknamed as a child, after the dog in the Betty Boop comic strip.
