When Conshy Girls Restaurant Group owner Kim Strengari (Gypsy Saloon, Southern Cross Kitchen and Gypsy Blu) walked into Erica Young’s Pretty Tasty Cupcake Boutique in Cape May, NJ last summer, she didn’t know that it would literally be life-changing. One bite into a Cookie Dough Brownie Cupcake and she was hooked! After tasting her way through the variety of creative cupcake flavors, Strengari reached out to Young with an offer she couldn’t refuse. The two paired up, along with corporate catering and event planner Gabby Wallace, and opened Pretty Tasty Cupcake, a 100% nut free bakery at 1602 Fayette Street in Conshohocken, PA.
