Chef/owner Athanasios “Tom” Konidaris has been in the restaurant business since 1969. He has helmed 16 different restaurants over the years, ranging from the pizzeria that started his journey, to Zesty’s, his latest and longest endeavor.
For 20 years Zesty’s has been serving healthy and delightful Mediterranean fare on historic Main Street in Manayunk.
