Bursting onto the Philadelphia music scene in 1980, The Hooters soon became a huge success with their sold-out shows and debut album, Amore. Their unique blend of ska, reggae and rock was a fresh and powerful sound and soon brought them to platinum status with the1985 release of Nervous Night. With unforgettable songs such as “Day By Day”, “And We Danced”, “Where Do The Children Go” and “All You Zombies,” The Hooters (Eric Bazilian, Rob Hyman, David Uosikkinen, John Lilley and Fran Smith, Jr.) quickly became a household name.
