Beth Amadio and her husband, Lou, most recently owned the popular neighborhood eatery, Homemade in Narberth. It started as a small sandwich shop and expanded to the neighborhood’s favorite Italian BYOB before closing in 2014. Upon closing, Beth began looking for a larger spot that she could call her own.
At Cotoletta, Beth enjoys cooking for family and friends. She loves meeting all of the guests and wants to make them feel as though they are joining her in her home and to make people “feel welcome and comfortable here.” To Beth, the kitchen is a place to prepare meals made with love so it can be savored while enjoying the camaraderie around the table.
