Dallyn Pavey grew up in the restaurant business.

Her grandmother opened Peppo's, one of the first sub shops in Atlantic City. As a young adult, Dallyn began her career at Lickety Split, legendary during the 70s restaurant renaissance.

In 1984, Dallyn advanced to marketing through the entertainment industry, spending several years in radio, artist management, public relations and promotion. Dallyn represented the Hooters; Bonnie Raitt; Kiss; Crosby, Stills & Nash; Sony; and JVC.

After 12 years in entertainment marketing, Dallyn focused on interactive marketing. Spending 7 years at Medical Broadcasting Company as Senior Project Manager, Dallyn was responsible for Tylenol's interactive media campaign.

Dallyn always kept up with the restaurant scene. She loved the dramatic decor of the trendy restaurants and the coziness of the small BYOBs. She realized that promoting bands and their records was very similar to promoting chefs and their restaurants! And with that, Dish was born...

At Dish, Dallyn has blended her passion for "the dining experience" with her background in public relations, marketing and project management. She will set your mind at ease with her invaluable enthusiasm, drive and attention to detail.
