


Her grandmother opened Peppo's, one of the first sub shops in Atlantic City. As a young adult, Dallyn began her career at Lickety Split, legendary during the 70s restaurant renaissance.
In 1984, Dallyn advanced to marketing through the entertainment industry, spending several years in radio, artist management, public relations and promotion. Dallyn represented the Hooters; Bonnie Raitt; Kiss; Crosby, Stills & Nash; Sony; and JVC.
In the mid 80s, Dallyn moved into marketing via the entertainment industry, spending several years in radio, artist management, public relations and promotion. Dallyn's focus turned toward interactive marketing as the internet exploded in the 90s. As a Senior Project manager, Dallyn worked on Tylenol's interactive media campaign.
Dallyn always kept up with the restaurant scene. She loved the dramatic decor of trendy restaurants and the coziness of small BYOBs. Dallyn realized that promoting bands and records was very similar to promoting chefs and restaurants. And with that, Dish Public Relations was born!...
